Order Information



Orders to residential and business addresses will be dispatched via Courier and require a signature upon delivery.

Current standard shipping rates on all deliveries within Australia are:

  • Swatches ordered online receive complimentary shipping.
  • All other orders are subject to shipping charges applicable to the delivery location. Contact sales@vallance.com.au for a detailed quote including shipping rates.

Shipping Times Standard:

  • 3-7 business days from collections

Shipping Times Express:

  • 1-5 business days from collections

VALLANCE FABRICS reserves the right to make changes to shipping rates and carriers at anytime without notice. This includes waiving or discounting shipping rates at any given time.


VALLANCE FABRICS provides shipping to most countries using DHL Express at customers expense. This includes both trackable and non-trackable shipping services, depending on your location.

We expect orders to arrive between 5 and 35 business days, depending on the location. Parcels are occasionally stopped in customs, which can create delays.

This covers transportation charges only.

Customs delays, taxes and duties may apply in different countries, for which VALLANCE FABRICS cannot take responsibility. It is up to the customer to be aware of any taxes or duties they may be liable for upon delivery of the order. VALLANCE FABRICS is unable to advise on, or have any control over customs charges.

Please be advised that once an order has been booked and packed, it is not possible to redirect or cancel shipments.


During the holiday season please keep in mind that shipping and processing delays may be experienced. This is due to the increased volume of parcels, potential courier delays and public holiday closures. We will do our best to keep up to speed, but unfortunately delays may occur.


VALLANCE FABRICS offers an online purchasing service via our website.

  • We ask that customers carefully check their delivery address and personal details at the time of purchase. Please be advised a signature is required upon delivery. When delivering to a business, please also include the business name along with the address.
  • We endeavor to have your order dispatched within 2 business days. Delays may occur over sale periods, but we will do our best to work faster.
  • Orders via phone, fax or email can also be accepted. This is to protect the customer’s details.
  • We accept Master Card, Visa, PayPal, and American Express, direct deposit. We do not accept Diners.
  • Please note, once an order is packed for shipment it cannot be cancelled.

VALLANCE FABRICS will gladly exchange, credit or offer a full refund on online orders within 30 days from purchase.

Sale and Flash Sale items, however are final sale, and are unable to be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange, for wrong decision or change of mind.

Step 1 – Check for the following:

  • You ordered from VALLANCE FABRICS online store.
  • Fabric have not been worn or used in any way
  • All tags are attached
  • Items are in original clean condition


Step 2 - Contact our office to discuss your best return options. Post your items and form to our warehouse address:

We recommend using registered post so that your parcel is not lost in transit.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned goods - except in the case of faulty goods.
  • Refunds are credited to the original card or Paypal account that the customer paid with. This may take up to 36 hours depending on the banks.


  • VALLANCE FABRICS will replace or refund faulty items, subject to availability.
